Formula Cruisers Customer Commitment
Formula Cruisers have an ongoing commitment to ensure that
your boat owning experience is both enjoyable and stress free.
We place a premium on providing excellent customer care and on
going support for all Formula vessels. Our Customer Care team
are on call to provide answers to questions and solutions to
problems you may experience, seven days a week.
Our Customer Care commitment is not limited to just our newer boats. We take
pride in providing on going support to owner’s of our earlier models
including the very popular Formula 4000, and 4000L’s. FORMULA MARINE
SERVICES (FMS) is an independent division of Formula Cruisers, and your one
stop shop for all refit, repairs, repowering and maintenance work. Operating
from within 4000 sq m Hobsonville premises, with ample undercover storage,
including a purpose built, temperature controlled spray booth big enough to
hold boats up to 60 feet. In water berthage is available at both Hobsonville
and Westpark Marina. FMS can undertake both large and small projects professionally
and efficiently.
With a complete range of trades in house, including naval architects,
boat builders, electricians, engineers, cabinet makers, plumbers
and painters; Formula Marine Services offer a complete range
of services.

Phil Dudding
Phil is your first point of contact for Formula Cruisers Customer Care and Formula
Marine Services. He will discuss your maintenance, service or repair concerns
and then implement a prompt response plan to bring it to a successful conclusion.
Phil is a qualified boat builder with over 30 years experience in the marine
industry.

John Lewis
John is our representative for all outwork projects and is both a qualified boat
builder and engineer. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in
over 30 years in the boat building industry. John has been an important member
of the Formula Team for over 8 years and has an in depth knowledge as to the
inner workings of our boats.
